2026 TAA Summer Conference and Vendor Show "Stars, Stripes, and Safe Rides" June 17, 2026

Transportation Administrators of Arizona (TAA) is excited to announce that registration for the 2026 Annual Summer Conference and Vendor Show is now open, featuring our theme “Stars, Stripes, and Safe Rides”.

TAA is enhancing the vendor experience with several valuable updates designed to maximize your exposure and engagement with our attendees. To make participation more accessible, we have reduced pricing for our Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsorship levels.

New Spacious Venue

We are thrilled to share exciting enhancements to this year's TAA Vendor Show, designed to provide sponsors and exhibitors with greater visibility, extended engagement opportunities, and a superior platform to connect with key decision-makers in Arizona's transportation sector.

The Vendor Show will now take place in our new, expansive venue at the Northern Arizona University Fieldhouse—a spacious, dedicated facility located off-site yet conveniently nearby. This larger venue enables us to offer:

• Ample booth space and a comfortable, professional environment for meaningful interactions with attendees
• Extended show hours as a full-day event, with earlier setup and later teardown for added convenience
• Exclusive opportunities to present on the new Vendor Demo Stage (Platinum and Gold packages only), allowing you to showcase your products, services, and expertise directly to a captive audience

To further maximize networking, attendee lunch will be served directly on the tradeshow floor, fostering extended, in-depth conversations between vendors and participants throughout the day.
