Our trade show is June 19, 2024 - vendors have access to the trade show hall beginning at 10:30am. Doors open to conference attendees at 1:30pm
$3200 Platinum Member: As a platinum member you will receive three indoor tables at our vendor show (electricity available), two outdoor vehicle displays, your logo on our volleyball shirts, displayed during cornhole tournament and, dinner recognition as a platinum member, your logo in our agenda as a platinum sponsor, a flash drive of all participants at the conference, your logo on a repeating PowerPoint display during the dinners and a link to your website with logo from our website. Five full conference attendees and five meal packages included. *Deadline for logos to be submitted for T-Shirts is May 1st.
$2650 Gold Member: As a gold member you will receive two indoor tables at our vendor show (electricity available), your name listed in the agenda as a gold member, your name displayed on a repeating PowerPoint display during the dinners, your name on our website and a flash drive of all participants at the conference. Two full conference attendees and two meal packages included. Logo on shirt. Logo on website. *Deadline for logos to be submitted for T-Shirts is May 1st.
$1600 Silver Member: As a silver member you will receive one tables at the vendor show (electricity available), your name listed in the agenda as a silver member, your name on our website and a flash drive of all participants at the conference. One full conference attendee and one meal package included.
$825 Bronze Member: As a Bronze member you will receive one table at the vendor show (electricity available) and a flash drive of all participants at the conference.
